Delete your account and its data

Some apps by Novix let you sign in with Google to sync what you save. You can delete that account, and everything synced to it, at any time: in the app, or by email without the app installed.

In the app

Open the app, then:

1. Tap More
2. Tap Account & Sync
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Tap Delete

Your account and everything synced to it are deleted at once.

Without the app

Email info@novix.ca from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”, and tell us which app you use. We delete your account and its data within 30 days, and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account — the record of your Google sign-in — and everything synced to it, which can include:

• highlights
• bookmarks
• verse notes
• journals
• reading-plan progress
• liked plans, days and verses
• plan reminder times

What is not deleted

• What is stored on your device, until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.
• Subscriptions, which Google Play bills. Cancel them in the Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions.
